Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy forms part of the Payfux Terms. A business customer must ensure that its company, authorised users, integrations, players, purchasers, counterparties, and instructions use enabled services only for lawful, accurately described, and approved business purposes.

Services must not be used to facilitate, conceal, promote, or settle activity that is unlawful in any relevant jurisdiction. Prohibited use includes:

• unlicensed gambling, gaming offered into a prohibited market, or activity outside the scope of an operator's licence;
• money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, corruption, fraud, trafficking, extortion, or handling criminal proceeds;
• illegal goods or services, stolen property, counterfeit goods, unlawful weapons, controlled substances, or exploitation;
• tax evasion, deceptive investment or credit activity, or collection for an undisclosed third party.

• Do not impersonate a person, misstate ownership, licences, location, transaction purpose, customer identity, or source of funds.
• Do not submit fabricated, altered, stolen, or irrelevant company, identity, financial, processing, or licence documents.
• Do not split, loop, layer, or route transactions to evade a limit, review, reserve, hold, sanctions control, reporting duty, or pricing rule.
• Do not use a payment reference, address, wallet, or account for a different business, merchant, player population, or purpose without written approval.

• Provide truthful pricing, refund, chargeback, withdrawal, complaint, privacy, and gaming disclosures required by law.
• Do not target children, self-excluded persons, prohibited countries, or vulnerable persons in breach of applicable duties.
• Do not manipulate a transaction state, payment evidence, exchange rate, wallet balance, or payout status shown to a customer.
• Do not use Payfux to obstruct a lawful refund, withdrawal, complaint, investigation, or consumer remedy.

• Do not access an account, tenant, record, document, key, environment, or endpoint without authorisation.
• Do not interfere with service operation, overwhelm an endpoint, introduce harmful code, evade a technical control, or probe another customer's data.
• Do not share credentials outside the authorised organisation or expose keys, session values, identity documents, or private download links.
• Use test and demo environments only for synthetic data and the purposes identified in their documentation.

A Bankroll request must describe the applicant's real operating business, actual activity, requested use, and authorised contact. Bankroll proceeds, if separately approved, may be used only for the lawful purpose in the financing agreement and must not be passed through, re-lent, or used to fund prohibited activity.

The Vault is not currently available. No person may represent that they hold a Payfux Vault position, have earned a Payfux return, or can accept funds into the proposed program.

Payfux may review use, request records reasonably needed to assess compliance, and share information where the Terms or law permits. The customer must cooperate with lawful investigations and preserve relevant evidence. A request will be proportionate to the product and identified risk where circumstances allow.

Payfux may reject an instruction, restrict a feature, suspend or close an account, preserve records, return or hold assets as legally directed, or notify an appropriate provider or authority. Where permitted, Payfux will explain the basis and a route to challenge an error. Nothing requires advance notice where notice would be unlawful or would defeat a necessary control.

Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with the subject “Acceptable Use”. Include the relevant account or transaction reference and avoid sending sensitive identity evidence through ordinary email unless an approved secure channel is provided.
