Operator settlement

Settle payment flows into stablecoins

Payfux connects its payment gateway records to a configured stablecoin settlement destination and keeps the settlement state visible to the operator. The ledger separates gross value, fees, credited entity and destination so treasury teams can reconcile the handoff. Eligible assets, networks, custody arrangements and timing conditions are confirmed in the customer configuration rather than promised universally.

01 / Workflow

A visible settlement handoff

Settlement is treated as an operating sequence with evidence and state, not as a single unexplained balance movement.

  1. 01

    Credit the intended entity

The collected payment is connected to its player, order, invoice or customer record before settlement reconciliation.

  2. 02

    Apply the recorded economics

Gross value and applicable fees remain visible so the amount entering settlement can be checked.

  3. 03

    Queue the settlement record

The operator view shows the configured asset and destination with a queued state while required conditions are completed.

  4. 04

    Record completion

The timeline updates when reliable provider, network and reconciliation evidence supports a completed state.

02 / Operations

Treasury details that stay attached

The settlement view is designed to answer what is moving, why the amount differs from gross collection and what state the handoff has reached.

01

Gross-to-settlement trace

The transaction record keeps gross amount and fees visible alongside the settlement entry instead of reducing the journey to one net number.

02

Destination context

The selected settlement destination is shown with the record so treasury staff can identify where value is intended to go.

03

State evidence

Queued and completed states make the operational sequence clear without turning that sequence into a speed commitment.

04

Ledger reconciliation

Payment and settlement references can be reviewed together when the team investigates a difference or delayed handoff.

03 / Requirements

Stablecoin settlement carries asset and network risk

Stablecoins and blockchain networks can fail, pause, reorganize, freeze addresses or lose value. Settlement availability therefore depends on the configured product and current conditions.

  • Payfux confirms eligible assets, networks, destinations, valuation rules, fees and custody arrangements for each customer.
  • A sample record containing USDC or USDT is an interface example, not a complete or universal support statement.
  • Completion can be affected by provider review, confirmations, network conditions, legal holds and reconciliation requirements.

04 / Questions

Questions operators ask

Does Payfux settle every payment in the same stablecoin?

No universal settlement asset is stated. The eligible asset, network and destination are confirmed in the operator's configuration and product terms.

Does a queued settlement have a fixed completion time?

No fixed timing is promised on this page. Provider review, network conditions, confirmations, reconciliation and legal requirements can affect completion.

Can a stablecoin lose value?

Yes. A stablecoin can lose its reference value, suspend redemption, freeze an address, change its terms or fail. Operators should assess those risks before enabling a settlement asset.

What can treasury staff reconcile?

The operator view connects the collected payment, gross amount, recorded fees, credited entity, settlement destination and current state.

Are blockchain transfers reversible?

They may be irreversible. A wrong address, asset, network, tag or memo can cause permanent loss, so destination controls and review remain important.
